Hicok, Fern, Brown & Garcia CPAs

Hicok, Fern, Brown & Garcia CPAs began in 1983 with Thomas M. Hicok working in a sole proprietorship that focused on serving corporate and individual clients with a high level of quality. James Fern then joined Mr. Hicok in partnership in 1989 and the firm became Hicok & Fern CPAs. The firm continued to build a successful business based on the goals of providing quality service to each and every client. The commitment to customer service brought more clients to the firm and business continued to grow. In order to maintain their standards of customer service to the increasing number of clients, in 1999 two more partners, James Chapman and David Brown, were added to produce the firm of Hicok, Fern, Chapman & Brown CPAs. In 2003, Mr. Chapman left the firm to return to the banking industry, and the firm operated as Hicok, Fern & Brown CPAs. In January 2006 Juan Garcia was added as a partner to form the current firm.

Staff accountants, bookkeepers and administrative staff have all joined together with the partners to achieve the goals of providing a variety of clients with excellent customer service to give Hicok, Fern, Brown & Garcia CPAs a personal touch that sets the firm apart from other professional organizations.
