David D. Brown - Principal Mr. Brown earned his B. S. degree in business, with a major in accounting in 1989 from Virginia Tech Institute. He has been with the Firm since his graduation from college. Mr. Brown earned his Certified Public Accountant certification in 1993. In 1999 Mr. Brown was named as a principal to the firm. Mr. Brown's areas of practice include taxation, including estates and trusts, and non-profit and governmental accounting and auditing. His community involvement includes membership in several local organizations and he is chairman of the Mountain Empire Chapter of the Red Cross.
